Antibacterial-protected powder coatings by PPG provide added protection across a wide range of applications that allow you to defend against the growth of micro-organisms which create unwanted bacteria, viruses, algae or fungi. PPG's SILVERSAN™ technology utilizes non-migratory, long-term antibacterial efficacy developed in the manufacturing process where silver ions are slowly released by way of an ion exchange mechanism.
